Challenge: The company had outgrown its original brand identity, which no longer reflected its evolved offering or target market. The brand appeared outdated, inconsistent across channels, and failed to demonstrate from competitors in an increasingly crowded marketplace.

My Role & Approach

As the lead strategist and project manager for this comprehensive rebrand, I coordinated cross-functional teams including design, content, product, and sales to ensure alignment throughout the process.
